• A conservative kisok will not be allowed at a mall in North Carolina. At least one passerby found their bumper stickers and posters racist and bigoted, and now the lease will be allowed to expire at the end of the month without an option to renew.
• July is the heart of bikini car wash season. One such car wash was rejected by the Make A Wish Foundation. Plus, a boys lacrosse team decided to try to compete with the cheerleaders by having their own bikini car wash. A passerby complained and they had to cancel it.
• In a rare win for gun control advocates, the Senate on Wednesday rejected a measure allowing a person with a concealed weapon permit in one state to also hide his firearm when visiting another state.
• An Ohio man has been jailed on terrorism charges and could face four years in jail, after a heated argument over car insurance allegedly escalated into death threats. He was 400 miles away from the telemarketer. Is this an overreaction on the part of the authorities?

• A Wisconsin homeowners association has voted to ban residents from smoking in their own homes. John and Cisco talked to Dave Hanvelt, president of the Fairfax Parkside Homeowners Association in Eau Claire, WI.
• President Obama stepped in it last night during the press conference when he was asked about the Henry Louis Gates arrest, he said that the cops acted stupidly.
• John and Cisco checked in with columnist S.E. Cupp, she thinks that the President's numbers on health care are a little sketchy.

• Senator Jim DeMint said that healthcare could be President Obama's Waterloo. Is that a good political strategy? Was it a good idea to actually say it publicly?
• Great Moments in Racial Insensitivity: Brian Kilmeade on Fox News Channel had to apologize for comments about "pure species" intermarrying.
