Moments in Racial Insensitivity: Governor Bobby Jindal and Sen. Mary Landrieu are both calling for the resignation of the Louisiana Justice of The Peace who refuses to perform interracial marriages.
Elvis hair update: The King’s hair sold for $15,000. Plus two of his shirts went to John Urso from Inverness for about $80,000.
A female high school student in Mississippi won't be in her year book because she wanted to wear a tuxedo. She didn't like the female attire for the year book, but the schools says that she is violating the rules. Of course the SCLU is now involved. Since there is now firm rule on the books, does the school have the right to tell students what to wear in their photos?
House of Squalor: Woman convicted of animal cruelty uses stun gun on trooper. She had several dogs, roosters, a donkey and a wolverine among other animals living in her home.
At this point it isn't much of a shock, but Balloon boy was a total hoax. Charges are most likely going to be filed. Should the parents have to pay for the rescue costs? John and Cisco checked in with trial attorney Mimi Coffey.
A Philadelphia firefighter has been suspended for refusing to remove an American flag sticker from his locker. The fire department has banned any personal stickers from lockers, regardless of how patriotic they may be.
The White House is stepping up its war against Fox News Channel over the weekend. David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel were on the Sunday morning talk shows and both took shots at the news outlet.
Congressman Aaron Schock joined John and Cisco to talk about health care, plus his idea of taking the wasteful stimulus money and using it for transportation.

Residents in Naperville are opposing a planned Muslim school and meeting place in town. They believe its activities would be too late and cause congestion.
