Swasti-kan't

The Navy is going to spend 600K to fix the "Swastika like” appearance of these buildings. Is this a waste of tax payer money or correcting a problem that should have been fixed years ago?

Wasting our money
I was stationed in San Diego for 10 years, and never knew about these buildings. These are not in the flight path of commercial planes, so the public would never have seen them, if it were not for Google Earth. If anything, the builder, should be forced to fix it for free! Who approved the design? I'm sure that there were blue prints!
