your idea of a good yard sign
I'm assuming that since this is posted on your section of the WIND site, that you both find the message of that yard sign amusing. I don't. I'm a Chicago Public School teacher who has had multiple students, as well as relatives of current students killed this year by gun violence. AK-47 and handgun violence. The foolish, uneducated, myopic views that come spewing out of your mouths, designed to frighten the even more intellectually weak & frightfully bigoted than you, digust me. This sign only highlights how truly unsympathetic & unintelligent you both are. Finally, Cisco, listening to you, I am disgusted (but not suprised) that any religious organization of any kind would allow you to darken their doorstep. It only goes to show how unreligious you are & demonstrates the complete lack of compassion many of you fake religious robots display. Jesus would be sickened by you and what you do.

Ohhhh...I Like That !
Here in Florida it's easy to have and to keep and TO USE GUNS. In the Peoples Republic of Los Angeles I always had a pistol loaded and handy in my car. I figured I'd shoot and face the misdemeanor later. But, it was against the law. Here, it's officially encouraged. And, it's easy as hell to get a carry permit IF you've got a clean record and pass the test. Like Texas, if a thug is trying to illegally enter your residence, you are encouraged to shoot his lame A**. Baa-Daa-Bing. Like Dat.

Symbolism
I'll bet you guys really like the big, big arrow sticking out of the sign, right? Reminds you of your big, big guns that you clean and polish every single day.

Jeff
There is a vast difference between using a firearm to commit a crime and defending your home or family with one.

It is not the gun that is evil, it is the criminal. Until you learn to differentiate between the two, you will remain an ignorant liberal who has no business teaching anybody anything.....

What is evil is the way this society treats it's "underclass". But that's part of the problem, we allow an underclass to exist. All Americans should have equal opportunity, equal everything. Not socialism, but the right to the same liberty, the same opportunities. But this country specializes in hypocrisy. You conservatives, mostly whites, are terrified by everything that moves. Especially when people of one social class are moving upwards toward the "priveliged class". Boo! Did I scare you. better get your gun huh?

Having grown up in the southwestern suburbs, we never needed and still have never required any weapons for our family to be safe. This whole idea that "guns keep us safe" is BS. What it really is designed to disguise is the racism & bigotry of whites who are terrified of the black or brown man. Scared of him taking your job, stealing your wives & daughters away, being better than you. Your conservative song is coming to a final closure. You are part of the past tense.

Oh Jeff...
Jeff, you sound like a racist. The only thing that scares me about you is that the words you used -- name calling and taunting -- instead of logical, civilized debate, seem to indicate a violent tendancy to stomp on the rights of others who do not share your race.

You know, like that pesky second amendment that's the cornerstone of the Constitution.

And you are the reason us peace loving folks need guns -- to defend our rights against violent blowhards like you.

Peace, Love, FREEDOM, Happiness...JB.
